Low Volume Applications
MIG Linx are designed with a hole in the center so they can be MIG.TIG, or stick welded. Just position the clip and weld in place. As soon as the MIG Linx are welded they can accommodate any bundle of cables, wires and/or tubes with a zip-tie.
Moderate Volume Applications
Our Single Shot Stud Weld Tool Adapter is the perfect accessory for low or moderate use (for example, less than 5,000 Linx ). The Single Shot Adapter not only works with all of Image’s Drawn Arc Weld Tools, but also with almost any commercially available drawn arc weld tool. Just load a single Linx into the stud gun adapter, and weld it to your metal workpiece in a fraction of a second.
High Volume Applications
The QuikLinx Auto Feed System lets an operator load a magazine of 50 Fluxed Linx at a time and weld up to 16 per minute. Check out this impressive capability in this video!
