Cold Forming Services
Cold forming is a solid-state welding process that can join two or more metals together at or around room temperature. In this unique process, the energy used to join the materials together comes in the form of high force (generally around 500 tons).
The material is forced into a die to create an infinite number of shapes in a quick and cost-effective manner. Typically, cold formed parts are stronger, require less significantly time to be created and leave almost zero residue after formation.
